The Ukrainian capital, Kiev, has «completely» recovered on Tuesday the water supply, interrupted in a large part of the city on Monday after a new cascade of attacks launched by Russian forces, which have concentrated in recent weeks on bombing strategic infrastructures.
The mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, confirmed on Facebook the resumption of the water supply – it was interrupted for 80 percent of homes and businesses – and also clarified that the electricity supply is fully restored, although in this second case preventive cuts are applied to prevent overloading of the network.
Ukrainian authorities have put the number of shells shot down in Monday’s wave of attacks alone at half a hundred. Presidential advisor Mikhail Podoliak warned on Twitter that «evil always activates on ‘Halloween'», condemning on Tuesday what happened on the previous day.
