Police in Austria announced early Monday morning that they have found all the people who were missing after they were buried in a snow avalanche at the Lech Zürs ski resort in Vorarlberg.
Emergency services have reported that four people were injured, one seriously, while the other six people were not affected, Austrian news agency APA reports.
«According to the current state of knowledge, it can be assumed that no more people are missing,» authorities have indicated, adding that a final safety check will be carried out this Monday.
The avalanche occurred this Sunday around 3 p.m. (local time) in the Trittkopf area, at more than 2,700 meters, which triggered a large-scale operation with up to 200 rescuers.
