Ryanair plane evacuated in Greece due to bomb threat

Greek security forces have evacuated a Ryanair commercial airliner with 192 people on board due to a bomb threat.

The flight, a Boeing 737, departed from Katowice, Poland, bound for Athens, according to the flight log collected by the Protothema news portal.

The plane made an emergency landing at around 17.40 local time at Athens Elefterios Venizelos International Airport, where security forces have immediately begun investigating for a possible device.
