At least seven people, including five children, have died Friday in a fire in Baskiria, Russia.
«A fire has broken out in a two-apartment brick residential house (…) Unfortunately, during extinguishing, seven people were found dead, including two adults, a man and a woman, and five children,» according to the republic’s Emergencies Ministry, as reported by the TASS news agency.
The emergency services have been involved with a total of 25 teams. At the moment the reason for the incident is unknown, while the cause of the incident is being established.
The Ministry of Health told TASS that two victims have been taken to the hospital, but the state of health of the victims is not known at the moment.
