Ukrainian authorities reported Tuesday that as a result of a series of air strikes on twelve areas in the Kherson region, at least three people have been killed, while seven others have been wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Civil Protection, Oleksander Leshchenko, who said that at about 3:30 p.m. local time, these new bombings by Russian forces were recorded.

The city of Kherson, in the region of the same name, was liberated by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on November 11, after having been under the control of Russian troops practically since the beginning of the war nine months ago.

This new attack is in addition to the one carried out just a few days ago in retaliation to their expulsion from the city, when they shelled it from the western bank of the Dnieper river, once the final evacuation of its military had been consummated. As a result, Ukrainian authorities confirmed three more deaths.
