The Philippine National Council for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CNGRRD) has released the new figure after receiving new reports from the authorities of the Bangsamoro Auntonoma Region of Muslim Mindanao (RABMM), according to ABS-CBN television.

In addition, 364,000 evacuees have been reported, of which 2,125 are sheltered in evacuation centers. In terms of material damage, more than 700 houses are affected and 159 are totally destroyed.

Up to 40,319 people have been preventively evacuated in ten regions: Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Cagayan Valley, Bicol, Western, Central and Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Davao.

In property damage, 59 towns and cities have been declared in a state of calamity and 39 hectares of crops have been affected. There are 533 farmers who have lost 54.9 million Philippine pesos (about 950,000 euros). There are also 39 areas with problems with communication lines.
