The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, met this Wednesday with leaders of the Alianza del Lápiz political formation, within the framework of the political dialogue cycles agreed with the Venezuelan opposition.
«The dialogue with the representatives of the oppositions allows us to advance along paths of understanding», said the president through a message on his profile on the social network Twitter.
«For this reason, I held a good meeting with leader Antonio Ecarri and the political force he represents. We are definitely heading towards well-being and stability», added the President of the country.
In addition to the presence of Ecarri, the meeting was attended by different regional and local authorities, such as the councilwoman of Caracas or the mayor of the Libertador municipality.
The talks with the different sectors of the opposition will make it possible to address the economic, social, political and electoral areas. The conclusions will be published in a joint document to be presented at the end of 30 days, the ruling party, the PSUV, has indicated through a communiqué.
