Estonia’s ambassador to Kiev, Kaimo Kuusk, has delivered a total of nine unmanned aerial vehicles to the Ukrainian authorities to expand the country’s drone fleet and increase defensive capabilities in the context of the war.

As detailed by the Ukrainian State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection, the nine drones will help the Ukrainians «destroy the occupiers’ manpower and equipment».

The state agency has detailed on its Telegram channel the models of the drones supplied to Ukraine, all of them unmanned aerial vehicles of small size and predictably for spying and tracking purposes.

The drones have arrived to the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanks to funds raised by the non-governmental organization Herojam Slava (Glory to the heroes, in English), as highlighted by the Ukrainian authorities.

Also, the parties involved in the delivery of drones have noted that up to ten helicopters are planned to be supplied to Ukraine in the future.
