«We have a moral obligation to pass and enforce laws that can prevent these things from happening again,» Biden said in a statement on the tenth anniversary of the Sandy Hook school attack, which killed 26 people – 20 students and six teachers.

«Just a few months ago, I signed the bipartisan Safer Communities Act. We have reined in so-called ghost guns that have no serial numbers and without more difficult to trace. «I am determined to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines like those used at Sandy Hook and countless mass shootings in America. Enough is enough. Our obligation is clear.
