A man has died after being stabbed Tuesday in a park in the city center of Bristol, southwest England, authorities in the country have said.
Avon and Somerset Police said emergency services were called to Castle Park at around 4.30pm local time after receiving reports that a man had been stabbed.
The victim, aged in his 30s, had been taken to hospital, where he subsequently died. «The man’s identity has not yet been formally confirmed and we are still working to trace his next of kin,» a police spokesman said.
A police cordon is being maintained at the scene while officers carry out their investigations, who have asked the public for help with any images they may have of the incident.
