Five people have been arrested Saturday in connection with a shooting at the Mall of America in Minnesota, the largest mall in the United States, in which a 19-year-old man was killed.
Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges said the arrestees, three juveniles under the age of 17 and two 18-year-old males, will face second-degree murder charges for the shooting, which took place on Friday.
He also said that one of the shooters was one of the adults arrested, although they are trying to determine if another shooter was involved, according to CNN.
In addition to the young man who died, another person was injured in the shooting at the mall, a giant complex of more than 500 stores and dozens of attractions that, as Hodges recalled, had no firearm-related homicides.
