The 15th Court of Instruction of Barcelona is investigating the complaint against footballer Dani Alves for alleged sexual assault in a nightclub in the city.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has explained that the complaint of the woman is judicialized and under investigation.
On January 2, a woman filed a complaint against Alves for allegedly sexually assaulting her at a nightclub in Barcelona on the night of December 30.
