The Russian Army on Tuesday accused Ukrainian forces of carrying out shelling against the Voroshilovsky district in central Donetsk, where at least three people have been killed and fourteen wounded.

Thus, he noted that Ukraine has carried out three shellings with the self-propelled multiple rocket launcher system MLRS in a matter of two minutes, as reported by the Russian Center for Control and Coordination of War Crimes Issues of Ukraine.

«At least twenty missiles were fired from an MLRS system,» a senior official of the entity has noted via its Telegram account. Four more launches followed two minutes later.

Ukraine, meanwhile, has warned that several power lines have been damaged in Marinsk, in the Donetsk region, during a Russian attack also perpetrated during the day.

Pavlo Kirilenko, the governor of the area, indicated that «the Russians opened fire on the front line from Vugledarska to Limanska. He explained that five houses were damaged but so far no casualties have been reported.

Earlier on Tuesday, Russian troops shelled the Kherson region, where they tried to hit high-rise buildings and energy infrastructure, according to Ukrinform news agency.

Police said that «Russia continues to shell the region with artillery and missile launchers while deliberately attacking buildings to cause as much damage and civilian casualties as possible».

In Odessa, however, the authorities have managed to restore the power supply after a widespread blackout caused by Russian attacks in the area. In addition, drinking water is again available to the population in the area.
