At least five people were killed Sunday in a shooting at an apartment building in the city of Vaughan, north of Toronto, in the province of Ontario, Canada.
York Regional Police reported late Sunday night that the suspect was also reportedly killed in an interaction with officers.
The sixth victim, a woman, has been taken to hospital, where she is conscious and her condition is not serious, according to Canadian broadcaster CBC.
Police authorities do not know at this time if the suspect and the victims had any relationship, while the scene remains an «active and ongoing scene».
