The Armed Forces of Ukraine on Wednesday raised to 161,520 the number of Russian servicemen who have died since the beginning of the offensive in Ukraine.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army has indicated in a message posted on its official account on the social network Facebook that since the outbreak of the war, Russia has lost 3,492 tanks, 6,799 armed combat vehicles, 2,528 artillery systems, 502 multiple rocket launching systems.
They have also wiped out 262 air defense systems, 304 combat aircraft, 289 helicopters, 2,132 unmanned aerial vehicles, 907 cross-launched missiles, 18 armed ships, 5,377 trucks and 257 units of special equipment.
Russia has not provided data on casualties in the conflict since September, when Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu confirmed the death of 5,937 servicemen.
