Hugo Boss earns 58 million in the third quarter, up 10%.

German fashion house Hugo Boss posted an attributable net profit of 58 million euros for the third quarter of 2022 as a whole, up 10 percent compared to the same period last year, according to the company’s income statement released Thursday.

Sales between July and September were 933 million euros, up 24 percent, and reached the highest figure in the company’s entire history.

By brands, the Boss line for men had a turnover of 732 million, up 25 percent, while Boss products for women grew by 18 percent to 61 million. The Hugo line posted revenues of 140 million euros in the quarter, up 19 percent.

By geographic area, sales in Europe grew by 17 percent to 601 million euros, while in the Americas they were 197 million euros, up 37 percent. Turnover in Asia-Pacific was 111 million euros, up 43 percent.

Cost of sales rose 27 percent to 366 million euros between July and September, while operating expenses rose 25 percent to 475 million euros.

Hugo Boss’ net attributable profit for the first nine months of 2022 as a whole was 139 million euros, slightly more than double that of the same period in 2021. Turnover rose by 37 percent to 2,583 million euros.
