The city of Lviv, in western Ukraine, is experiencing massive power and heating outages on Tuesday due to a new wave of attacks by the Russian Armed Forces, which have once again targeted critical Ukrainian infrastructure.

«Eighty percent of Lviv is still without electricity. Due to the lack of electricity, the heating supply is temporarily suspended. There is no hot water,» the city’s mayor, Andrei Sadovi, has warned on his Telegram channel.

Also, Sadovi has reported that electric means of urban transport, such as streetcars and trolleybuses, are also not operational as a result of the explosions in the city, where the situation is «very difficult».

Lviv, which at the beginning of the war in Ukraine became one of the main shelters for various international diplomatic representatives, is also experiencing Internet outages on Tuesday.

The Russian Armed Forces have launched new massive missile attacks on different parts of Ukraine, including the capital, Kiev, where several residential buildings have been hit.
