Authorities in the city of Kharkov confirmed on Friday the full restoration of water and electricity supplies after the attacks launched earlier this week by the Russian Armed Forces.
According to the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, although supplies have been resumed, the locality still has some difficulties to fully guarantee the supply, especially electricity.
The mayor recalled that the local authorities have set up both places to charge mobile devices and places to buy drinks and hot meals, Ukrinform reported.
The Russian Armed Forces launched last Wednesday a new offensive on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure, which was severely affected.
