The Armed Forces of Ukraine have assured Thursday to have «liquidated» about 800 Russian military personnel in battles registered during the last day and have added that the balance of casualties suffered by the Russian Army is around 105,000 since the beginning of the invasion, unleashed on February 24 by order of the Russian president, Vladimir Putin.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army said in a message on its account on the social network Facebook that 790 Russian servicemen have died in combat during the last 24 hours and highlighted that «about 104,560» have died since the beginning of the hostilities.
He has also stated that 3,018 battle tanks, 2,004 artillery systems, 212 anti-aircraft systems, 283 aircraft, 268 helicopters, 1,717 drones, 653 cruise missiles, 16 vessels, 4,675 vehicles and fuel tanks and 179 pieces of «special equipment» have been destroyed.
«The Russian enemy has suffered the heaviest losses over the past day in the directions to Liman and Bajmut,» he said. «The data is being updated. Hit the occupier. Let’s win together. Our strength is in the truth,» he has remonstrated.
