The spokesman of the Ukrainian Air Force command, Yuriy Ignat, has assured that some of the attacks launched in recent days by the Russian Army have missed their target and hit their own territory.
According to Ignat, Russia is intensifying attacks from the Caspian Sea and the Sea of Azov in order to «avoid losing its reputation» and to demonstrate that it has the «most advanced» and «most expensive» weapons.
However, some of these missiles are, in fact, falling «on the heads of Russians» and on their residential buildings. «With which, we congratulate them,» the Air Force spokesman added ironically, Ukrinform agency reported.
With these declarations Ignat alluded to the event of December 31, when Russian missiles allegedly failed to reach Ukrainian territory and finally hit the Volgograd region, in southwest Russia.
