
Ukrainian authorities have reported at least a dozen wounded following a Russian attack on a residential building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro.
The building was hit by at least one missile and an undetermined number of people are still under the rubble.
The governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentin Reznichenko, estimated that the attack has left about ten people injured, including two children, and that 15 people have been rescued from the rubble.
According to the governor, three of the wounded are in serious condition «These Russians are simply inhuman,» lamented for his part the deputy director of the Ukrainian presidential office, Kirilo Timoshenko. «At least one ladder is missing. Under the rubble there are people who were back home for vacation,» he added.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has published an image, according to the authorities, of the hit building, the facade of which shows severe material damage.
