The authorities of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) have denounced on Monday the death of a two-year-old girl by Ukrainian Army shelling.
A spokesman for the Lugansk Armed Forces explained that the attack took place this Saturday, but that «electronic warfare» has not allowed them to announce the shelling earlier, in which four people have also been injured, reports TASS.
In this regard, Ukrainian troops reportedly managed to suppress communications in the area, so information on the number of casualties has been released «only now», according to the agency.
«As a result of the shelling (…) in Kreminná on January 21, 2023 by Ukrainian armed formations, men born in 1958 and 1959, women born in 1981 and 1999 have been wounded. As well as a baby, a girl, (born) on March 27, 2021,» detailed the spokesman.
