At least three people have been killed and seven injured Thursday in an early morning Russian attack on the Zaporiyia region of southern Ukraine.
Local authorities said the attack was carried out with missiles from a Russian S-300 defense system against «vital» infrastructure and confirmed the opening of investigations.
The attack caused a fire in the area, which was again subjected to shelling at around 10:00 a.m. local time, when search and rescue efforts were underway.
