Ukrainian authorities reported Sunday that at least one person has been killed and three others wounded after Russian shelling in the center of Kharkov.
According to the head of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, explained that «an enemy attack» partially destroyed a four-story residential building.
«Three victims have minor injuries. Unfortunately, an elderly woman has died. Her husband was nearby at the moment of impact, but miraculously he was not seriously injured,» Sinegubov said on his Telegram account.
The head of the administration, who said that the neighbors have been evacuated and that emergency services are working at the scene, said that Russia attacked the area with an S-300 missile.
